It has been an exciting year!  We have never been in a better place and are so excited about what is to come.  You are part of a community of over 900 like minded investors, we are going to be planning some events in the future where we can all get together and meet each other and network.  

We wanted to give some updates on existing automations and new on our newest and upcoming automations.  

1. Texas Care Franchise

Our most exciting new opportunity is Texas Care, we have just opened our 4th clinic that we are selling shares on and actually will probably be getting our 5th started in the next week or two.  Our first clinic should be opening it's doors in the next couple months, we are very excited to see how many kids we can get in to help and will keep you posted on how that develops.  

Texas Care has a lot of new franchises opening over the next month or two that we will get new P&Ls from to see how they are working out from the start.  Keep an eye out for more info.  Here is the page on our site with more info :

2. Real Estate / AirBNB Asset Based Investment

We have a new Real Estate / AirBNB Opportunity that just happens to be in Houston Texas as well!  This is an opportunity to own your very own AirBNB for $50k down, no need for 20% down, they fully furnish it and manage it for you. They are already built and can be up and running and cash flowing within 30-45 days!  You can purchase them in an LLC so it will not affect your personal credit or debt to income ratios.  Walk into over $75k in equity on Day 1!

3. Coconuts are back!

Nelson and the team in Costa Rica are looking to acquire a few hundred more acres, they have already pre sold their coconut inventory from their current farms for the next 7 years!  They have contracts with Walmart / Costco, a couple of the big cruise lines among others.

4. Ecommerce

For Ecommerce, we have a lot of things in the works that are going to be coming soon, we have partnered with a pharmacist that allows us access to all kinds of new suppliers that you need to be licensed to get access to, we are also opening up our own pack and prep facility that will ship direct to consumer, this will allow us to get out of the drop shipping game and do this the right way.  

We currently have our Amazon Group store option open, you invest however much you would like into inventory in our store and we pay you back a guaranteed 130% return over 12 months.  Simple way for you to make a good return without having to deal with returns and items not selling etc.  Check out more info here :

5. Trucking

Our partner has been busy working on running the existing trucks, getting his systems down for growth we brought him last year.  He has some potential new lease options coming soon and we will keep you posted on updates about that as well.  

6. Business Financing

Fund and Grow continues to be our #1 partner for business funding, Anton and I are in the middle of our 2nd round and we are pushing $200k in 0% business credit! We are only in our 4th month!
