Exciting Texas Care Update: Growing Our Team in Dallas and Houston

Hey everyone! Erik and Anton here with a quick Texas Care update.

Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes, building the systems and teams needed to help Texas Care scale in a big way. Our focus has been on creating robust back-end systems, and now, we’re taking the next steps toward expanding our reach and impact.

Where We Are Now

Currently, we’re in the process of setting up systems to identify and support kids in need. We’ve also been leveraging AI to streamline our work—everything from building efficient systems to creating landing pages. We’d love to share more details about this in the future, but today, we have a special call to action for our network.

We’re on the lookout for passionate and talented people in Dallas and Houston who want to join us and make a real difference in the mental health care space.

Opportunities Available

We’ve recently brought on two incredible admin managers, William and Asif, who are taking the lead in the Dallas and Houston regions. They’re going to play a critical role in onboarding, outreach to schools, churches, court systems, and more. We’re excited to have them on board and know they’ll do amazing work.

Now, we’re looking to expand our team even further and have some exciting opportunities available:

1. Street Team Members
   Help us connect with kids in need by building relationships within the community.

2. Admin Assistants
   These roles will involve key office responsibilities such as payroll and billing, as well as community outreach. We’re looking for people who are detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to engage with local organizations to spread the word about Texas Care.

3. QMHP's (Qualified Mental Health Professionals)

   These are the people that will be meeting with the children on a weekly basis, this is a bachelor level position.  This is a great way for someone to get their clinical hours to further their licensure.  

4. LPC's

   We are also looking for LPC's to oversee the QMHP's in our clinics.
